STORE POLICY
Thank you for supporting an independent artist running a plastic-free (minus the tape) shop!
The section below contains the terms and conditions which constitute my store policies. By placing an order, you have agreed to these terms.
When can I expect my order?
Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be marked as shipped. Estimated delivery times are:
USA: 3-10 days
Canada: 1–3 weeks
All other international: 1-3 months
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – these are not additional shipping charges, and are out of my control.
Does my order have tracking?
All orders include tracking except for the Snail Mail Saver option, available for US orders that fit in a standard letter envelope. Please note that this option doesn’t include tracking, and by nature is a riskier option, as your stickers will be fully reliant on the good graces of the postal gods.
How do you determine shipping charges?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and parcel weight.
Depending on what you order, you may see compounded shipping costs. This is because some items may be shipping directly from a print shop, while others are shipped directly from me. You will receive individual tracking information for each order.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, I have no control over any parcels once they've been mailed out. The shop is not responsible for missing or lost parcels delivered by third party services, and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund your order in these events. Still, reach out to me if this happens so I can look into it, and file a claim if applicable.
If your package is returned to me due to a mistake in the post office, I will hold the materials for the customer, but would require they pay for shipping again.
What's your refund policy?
I will issue replacements or accept returns and refunds under these conditions:
- An item arrives damaged
- You receive different item(s) than what you ordered
Please note the following exceptions to the return policy:
- Address or name inputted at checkout was incorrect
- Discounted items (these are final and cannot be returned or exchanged)
- Items that were as ordered and have no damage
To initiate a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and any relevant photos for faster assistance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Items returned to sender without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
