Thank you so much for supporting an independent artist running a minimal plastic shop! This store is operated by one person with a whole other full time job, so I appreciate your understanding and patience with the scale of this little operation.
The shipping section below contains the terms and conditions which constitute my store policies. By placing an order, you have agreed to these terms.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped out twice per month, on every other Tuesday. If you have a special date in mind for an order, please reach out via contact form to work something out!
How long does shipping take?
After your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 1-3 weeks for domestic (US) parcels to arrive, and 4-6+ weeks for international parcels.
Does my order have tracking?
All orders include tracking, as calculated into the cost of shipping except for the Snail Mail Saver option, available for stickers that fit in a standard envelope. Please note that this option doesn’t include tracking, and by nature is a riskier option, as your stickers will be fully reliant on the good graces of the postal gods.
How do you determine shipping charges?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and parcel weight.
Depending on what you order, you may also see compounded shipping costs. This is because some items ship directly from the print shop, for example, and others are shipped by me. You will receive individual tracking information for each order.
With international shipping, this is handled on a case by case basis to ensure that I’ve chosen the most reliable and cost efficient shipping company for your country. However, any import fees, taxes, VAT, or custom charges are the customer’s responsibility.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, I have no control over any parcels once they've been mailed out. The shop is not responsible for missing or lost parcels delivered by third party services, and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund your order in these events. Still, reach out to me if this happens so I can look into it, and file a claim if applicable.
If your package is returned to me due to a mistake in the post office, I will hold the materials for the customer, but would require they pay for shipping again.
What's your refund policy?
I will gladly issue replacements or accept returns and refunds under these conditions:
- An item arrives damaged
- You receive different item(s) than what you ordered
Please note the following exceptions to the return policy:
- Address or name inputted at checkout was incorrect
- Discounted items (these are final and cannot be returned or exchanged)
- Items that were as ordered and have no damage
To initiate a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and any relevant photos for faster assistance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Items returned to sender without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I love this print, do you offer it framed / in another size / on canvas, etc?
Almost certainly. There are a number of customization options I can offer thanks to a lovely local print shop. Use the contact form to request specifics and I’ll see what we can do.
I love this piece you made, but I don’t see it in your shop. Do you take requests?
I do! Reach out via the contact form to submit a request with a link or photo of the exact piece you’re talking about.
I’m looking to use your fundraiser prints for charity / mutual aid, can you offer a discount?
